Toronto, Canada was definitely the place to be last night (June 19) as the 2011 MuchMusic Awards came to town.
And as is the tradition with this gig, there were plenty of famous faces and big performances at the the Selena Gomez co-hosted event making it an extra-memorable evening.
Lady Gaga showed up and took home the UR Fave International Video trophy for her “Born This Way” video, telling the audience, "I love you so much little monsters and Canada! [This is the] most important [award] to me because it's from you [the fans]."
Meanwhile, Justin Bieber picked up the UR Fave Artist award. He gushed, "Thank you so much! I want to say that the first time I ever got an award was here at the MuchMusic Awards, so I want to say thank you to all my fans ... you guys are amazing, and I couldn't do this without you! I love you so much!" Justin’s lovely girlfriend Selena Gomez played co-host of the night.
